Richard J. Acunto is the founder, CEO and President of Guardian General Insurance Services Inc. He is also the founder of Survival Insurance Brokerage, Mutual Venture Acceptance Corp., a premium finance company, Guardian Claims Services, LLC, and InsureSuite, Inc., a technology company. Mr. Acunto started his insurance career in the early 1970's as a life insurance agent with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He later went on to become a fully licensed property and casualty broker. Mr. Acunto has extensive insurance, marketing, sales, and organizational experience, and has provided consulting services to others.

Noshir M. Lakdawalla joined the Company in September 1997 in the capacity of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Lakdawalla has over 40 years of experience in internal audits, public accounting, management consulting and financial management.

From 1994 to 1997 he was Vice President of Financial Control for the Yes Group, which owned auto dealerships, appliance and furniture stores and two finance companies. In 1991, together with four others, he set up a third party administration company, which administered transactions for insurance companies located offshore. Mr. Lakdawalla was then appointed CFO of River Oaks Group, an insurance holding company, at the request of the majority shareholder to reorganize the financial and management information systems.

Fred J. Pierson serves as Chief Information Officer for the company. Mr. Pierson has served in this position for all affiliate companies since 1998, and is responsible for all technical platforms.

Mr. Pierson became the Manager of Information Services Group for Survival Insurance in 1990 and continued to manage the area for several years, supervising the design and development of an Oracle-based brokerage management system. In addition, Mr. Pierson handled the research, selection and coordination of the installation of Survival Insurance's telephone system, one of the largest private telephone networks in Southern California. He joined Survival Insurance in 1989 as a Designer/Programmer in the computer department.

Johnny Kurugian is the Vice President of Underwriting for the Company, after being recently promoted from his position as senior underwriter, a position he held since 1998. As the VP Underwriting, Mr. Kurugian's responsibilities include the development of all underwriting guidelines and procedures, the senior supervision of all underwriting, as well as product research, loss development, rate analysis and testing.

In January 1992, Mr. Kurugian was promoted to Senior Underwriter, in the Quality Assurance Division of Survival Insurance Inc. His functions included liaison with Insurance Companies and / or their General Agents, the handling of all underwriting issues as well as new program introduction and implementations into the organization, and the direct supervision of all sales Office Quality Assurance staff. John attended Cal State University as well as studying in the USSR. His prior experience includes work as an X-ray technician and six years in his own business as a Farmers Insurance Agent. He is licensed in Fire, Casualty and Life insurance.

Mary Rezzonico is Vice President of Operations and Administration. Ms. Rezzonico began her insurance career with GGI's sister company, Survival Insurance Brokerage as a new business agent in 1987. She quickly distinguished herself and became the manager of the Renewals department in April 1988. With considerable administrative skills Mary continued to organize the area making it more and more productive. While under her care the Renewals department was the most consistently successful department in the organization. Mary was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Survival in August 1996. Her responsibility included overseeing the Customer Service and Underwriting Quality Assurance divisions for the company. In late 1998 Ms. Rezzonico was promoted to Vice President of Operations and Administration for Guardian General Insurance Services, the post she now holds.

Mary graduated from San Francisco State College in 1968 with a degree in English and has a number of business administrative courses and training under her belt. Sixteen years of hands-on experience make this lady a very valuable asset.
